Mr. Vipul Jain is an entrepreneur, an innovator and forerunner of several business ventures. Mr. Vipul co-founded Kale Consultants (now known as Accelya Kale Solutions Limited) in the year 1986. In the year 2010, Mr. Vipul Jain co-founded Kale Logistics Limited and is currently the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Vipul is also a co-founder of a social initiative called Catalysts for Social Action (CSA), working to promote and facilitate child adoption. He has co-founded India’s first private forest and nature reserve by the name of Jabarkhet Nature Reserve, situated in the Himalayas near Missouri. Mr. Vipul is a B. Tech from IIT – Kanpur and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM – Ahmedabad. He has been honoured with the President’s Gold Medal for topping the 1980 MBA class at IIM and is also a recipient of the ‘Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA) in the outstanding category’ for the India Chapter.

Amar is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in supply chain, consulting and technology industries. He was recently a keynote speaker at Sustainable Development Goals of Sustainable Transport and Peace conference held at the United Nations, Geneva, where he spoke on ‘Facilitating International Trade by creating multimodal digital cargo communities.’ He is also an elected representative of the technology domain on the Board of Directors of ‘The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA)’ headquartered in Miami. He is the first and only Indian to receive the ‘CILT International Young Achiever Award – 2009’ for his work in transportation technology. He is the Chairman of IT committee of ‘Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture’ (MACCIA). It is Amar’s passion is to bridge the technology gap between the developed and developing logistics industries globally. Amar also assists several governments on conceptualising Trade Facilitation initiatives to usher in ‘Ease of Doing Business’ using digital technology. Amar’s rich educational background comprises of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from India’s premiere institute – NITIE.
Rajesh spearheads delivery operations at Kale Logistics which involves managing products, outsourcing service deliveries and managing systems and technologies across Kale’s assets. In a long and rewarding career with its parent company, which spans over 27 years, Rajesh has contributed in executing bespoke system development and conversion projects for various multinational companies. Apart from his expertise in managing software delivery, Rajesh has also had a rich and valuable stint in sales and customer relationship management. His expertise lies in driving and inspiring the teams to successfully manage customer expectations through multiple delivery channels. Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.

With over 25 years of experience working across verticals like – Manufacturing, Energy and Textiles, Vineet is an accomplished strategist and a techno-functional leader having extensive experience in areas of various business functions, across diverse industries. Vineet spearheads Kale’s new industry initiatives across its areas of focus including Airports, Forwarding, Transportation, Customs, Chambers of Commerce and other Trade Associations. He is also the member of Confederation of India Industry – (CII) WR Logistics Task Force 2016-17 and has effectively led his team to increase ‘Technology Awareness’ in the Global Logistics Industry and driven focused groups to build the IT adoption levels across supply chains worldwide. He has been the driving force behind many of Kale’s next Generation Community Platform solutions that have set new industry benchmarks. Prior to Kale Logistics, Vineet has worked in leading positions in global organizations like Siemens, Premier Evolvics and Amara Raja Batteries. Vineet is an Electronics and Communications engineer and holds an MBA degree specializing in Marketing and Strategy from FMS, Delhi University.
