From Humble Beginnings to Leadership

Back in 2010, Venkata took his first exciting steps with Kale in the bustling city of Delhi. Starting as a Lead Program Analyst, he worked his way up to become General Manager, Delivery fuelled by passion and curiosity. .

Lessons Learned Through Fun and Chaos

Every new project has its learning curve, and for Venkata was more like a rollercoaster ride without a seatbelt! His first assignment, digitising container freight stations – was a whirlwind. He juggled multiple projects in just a few months while soaking up knowledge like a sponge. “We burnt the midnight oil,” he recalls, “but our seniors were right there with us, pushing us to excellence and sharing a laugh or two at our ‘creative solutions.'” This spirit of camaraderie made every mistake an opportunity for discovery—after all, what’s a great project story without a plot twist?

Travel has played a crucial role in Venkata’s journey, particularly during his trip to Kenya to implement ground handling management system for a leading terminal operator at the airport. This adventure was challenging, as he had to balance client expectations with cultural nuances. However, it was during this experience that Venkata truly embraced the beauty of diverse cultures while refining his professional skills. Plus, he can now confidently distinguish between a giraffe and a zebra—talk about a bonus!
