29 Mar Making a difference in Atlanta by supporting the community
Kale Info Solutions (Kale), the North American subsidiary of Kale Logistics Solutions, is taking the company’s aligned vision of giving back to the community. In Atlanta, Kale undertook a series of community forward activities, which included giving away hundreds of gifts to first graders, walking for breast cancer awareness, and actively taking the Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiative forward.
Toyland, formally known as Holidays at Hartsfield-Jackson, is a programme that has brought holiday cheer to hundreds of Airport-area first-grade students for 24 years, and has inspired interest in learning more about careers in the aviation industry. Kale sponsored three hundred goodie bags to these first-grade students on 7th December 2022 at Atlanta Airport.
Jamila Collins, Senior Executive, Kale Info Solutions, volunteered for the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk along with ABC Transportation & Logistics Committee in November last year. Kale ran a month-long print media campaign to celebrate the human spirit and show its support to those fighting Breast Cancer. This campaign garnered more attention and support from like-minded activists.
Donna Mullins, Vice President of Kale Info Solutions, said, “Kale is an organisation built on empathy and passion. We believe in supporting the needs of the local communities where we live and work. We want to make a difference beyond technology empowerment for the logistics community.”
“Kale is always keen on giving back to society, as we strongly believe in nurturing human spirit and talent over and above our business goals. We want to make further strides to provide targeted assistance to more groups and communities in the future,” said Amar More, President and Founder of Kale Info Solutions.
