The first COVID wave may have overwhelmed many tentative and underprepared organizations. But this time, the resolve and fortitude to stand together and support people & families is unmistakable. From March 2020 onwards, Kale mandated all its employees to work from home to ensure their safety along with their families. Task force was set-up on a range of issues, including the work-from home policy, availability of connectivity, health & well-being across the organization and coordinating internal communication & collaboration between employees.<\/p>

Company-wide town halls are conducted regularly for the leadership team to communicate with the employees and assuring them of no pay-cuts and job security. These town-halls are also medium to urge employees take all necessary health precautions. Kale has also initiated dial-in counselling helps to employees who are overwhelmed with changes in work mode and pandemic adversely affecting their motivation and morale.<\/p>

Kale is offering company-wide special paid leaves to those tested positive<\/strong> and is also encouraging its employees to get vaccinated to stay safe<\/strong>. As most of them are working from their hometowns, all are requested to get vaccinated in a safe medical facility in their hometown, the cost of which be reimbursed.<\/p>
