29 Apr Kale Info Solutions to digitize the operations of Mexico Cargo Handling at Mexico City Airport
Atlanta, USA, Monday, 20 April 2025 : Kale Info Solutions (Kale) has partnered with Mexico Cargo Handling (MCH), a leading cargo handling company at the Mexico City Airport, to streamline operational efficiency and maximize cargo operations by transitioning to a smart airport cargo management system.
Kale’s high-performance cloud-based cargo handling system, GALAXY, will soon be implemented at Mexico City International Airport for integrated cargo operations at MCH. The solution is designed as a state-of-the-art, automation-driven, business-centric model to modernize import, export & transit operations.
GALAXY will digitalize all aspects of shipment data, including tracking, and provide visibility to all the stakeholders. Warehouse inventory will have real-time location information compliant with statutory customs requirements. The detailed shipment information will eliminate the risk of incorrect shipment delivery.
The warehouse operations shall be optimized with the introduction of hand-held devices. Besides real-time data and event capture, the entire process shall be paperless, thus contributing to sustainability.
GALAXY aims to boost operational resilience, transform the user experience and enhance business agility, enabling cargo ground handlers to harness synergies across the value chain seamlessly. The industry standard process is the core of GALAXY, which powers more than 120 airport cargo stations across the world.
Amar More, President of Kale Info Solutions, said, “We are delighted to work with Mexico City International Airport. Our team is geared up to deliver the best-in-class to the airport. Enhancing customer experience, building operational excellence, and free-up talent from routine support tasks to focus on higher value activities around transformation and innovation is the fundamental requirement of every airport cargo ground handler worldwide. GALAXY delivers this requirement perfectly.”
Mathilde De Rocquigny, the CEO of MCH, said, “At Mexico Cargo Handling, we are looking at digital innovation and providing better value to our customers. We are happy to partner with Kale on creating the right digital infrastructure at our facilities to become more efficient sustainable and provide better visibility to our customers.”
