Nearly 40% of the workforce in Kale are women and several are in Managerial roles
Mumbai, India, 13 January 2026: Kale Logistics Solutions, a global technology provider for the logistics and supply chain industry, has earned a place in India’s Prestigious DEI top 100 – India’s first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Index. The recognition underscores Kale’s continued progress and leadership in embedding inclusive practices across its workforce and organisational culture.
The DEI 100 Index evaluates organisations on key parameters including representation, equity in opportunity, leadership accountability, and inclusive policies. Kale’s 79th Rank reflects its sustained focus on creating an equitable workplace, with particular emphasis on gender equity and meaningful participation of women in decision-making roles. It is also notable that nearly 40 per cent of the workforce in Kale are women and out of that several are in managerial and decision-making roles.
