Kale Logistics Solutions Celebrates 15 Years of Excellence

Kale’s systems power trade facilitation worldwide — truly living the phrase, “the sun never sets on Kale’s Logistics Solutions.”

Mumbai, India, 15th December 2025: Kale Logistics Solutions (Kale) proudly marks a significant milestone as the company celebrates 15 years of innovation, resilience, and global impact in the logistics technology landscape. What began in 2010 as a bold vision by Amar More, Rajesh Panicker, and Vineet Malhotra, along with a team of like-minded technology enthusiasts, has today evolved into a world-renowned organisation transforming cargo operations across continents.

Founded with the mission to facilitate trade and digitise cargo operations across the supply chain—particularly in environments constrained by manual processes and inefficiencies—Kale has grown to become a trusted global leader with 20 offices worldwide with more than 400 employees. Over the last decade and a half, the company has established a solution footprint across 47 countries, serving 200+ airports and ports. Today, from Alaska to Japan, and Norway to South Africa— truly living the phrase, “the sun never sets on Kale’s Logistics Solutions.”

Reflecting on this journey, Amar More, Co-founder & CEO, said, “We have just turned 15! Our journey has been shaped by determination, humility, and the relentless spirit of our team. What began as an idea has today become a global movement toward digitalised, efficient, and collaborative logistics ecosystems. Our platforms now enable paperless trade at scale, helping save an estimated 1,200–1,500 trees per airport or port by eliminating physical documentation, while significantly reducing landside congestion by up to 80%. These aren’t just numbers — they represent real progress towards faster, greener and more resilient supply chains.”

Kale has earned recognition from leading global academic institutions and prestigious platforms, including the United Nations, for its contribution to digitally empowering global supply chains. Through its Digital Freight Corridor vision, Kale is enabling seamless, data-driven trade lanes that connect airports, ports, dry ports, freight forwarders, customs, and transporters into unified digital ecosystems.

“With brutal honesty, we didn’t imagine being here when we began the journey from ‘taking salaries to giving salaries. Our momentum is the result of our remarkable team, who, despite setbacks, always found the courage to rise, reset, and move forward. On behalf of Rajesh, Vineet, and myself, our deepest gratitude goes to our customers. You are the reason we exist,” Amar added.

As Kale steps into its next chapter, the company is fuelled by a strong leadership team, a dedicated global workforce across different countries, an advanced AI Excellence Centre, and strategic alliances that will shape its future trajectory.

“We are incredibly optimistic about what lies ahead. Through our digital ecosystems, we enable nations to improve their Logistics Performance Index (LPI) rankings, reduce logistics costs, and enhance global trade competitiveness. Our products are designed to make doing business easier, while helping reduce landside congestion by up to 80%, significantly improving cargo velocity and turnaround times. With gratitude for our first 15 years, we are ready to move even faster into the next 150,” said Vineet Malhotra, Co-Founder & Director, Kale Logistics Solutions.

Emphasizing on employee contribution, Rajesh Panicker, COO, Co-Founder & Director of Kale Logistics Solutions said, “As we celebrate 15 years of Kale, my deepest appreciation goes to the people who truly define this organisation i.e., our employees. Equally important to us is the culture we have built — with nearly 40% of our workforce being women, we are committed to creating inclusive, future-ready teams that truly reflect the diversity of the global trade ecosystem.”
